KETO BREAKFAST ROLL UPS

Most mornings are very busy and I don’t have time to be making different breakfast recipes for everyone, but I also don’t want to serve them sugary cereals either. Normally I would make these Keto Bacon Egg Cups but everyone needed a change!
Ingredients
10 eggs
1/2 lb gournd sausage
10 slicesmozzarella cheese
salt & pepper taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook sausage through and add eggs.
Stir until cooked and set aside.
Place parchment paper on the cookie sheet and top with mozzarella cheese slices.
Bake cheese for 5-6minutes or until edges starts to brown. Remove cheese from the oven and allow to cool down.
Divide sausage and eggs evenly among the slices of cheese and roll.
Optional
Lightly grease your pan with butter and cook until crunchy.
